Engineered for the right resistance

Too soft and there's no stimulus. Too hard and your neck and back compensate, creating imbalance. ONEJAW sits precisely where effort meets function.

Switch between the two processes and watch what heat does to the structure of your gum.

Our blueberry mint gum

Cold-Compression

The base, blueberry mint flavor, and actives are blended at room temperature and pressed into dense tablets. No heat, no plasticizers, no artificial softeners. Keeping the structure intact means it starts firmer and holds resistance longer.

The conventional way

Standard Gum

Conventional gum is extruded. Heated, melted, and stretched into sheets or pellets. High heat collapses the structure, so plasticizers and artificial softeners are added back to keep it chewable. Early hardness comes from additives, not design, and fades fast.

Cold Compressed Gum

Standard Chewing Gum

Mixed and compressed at room temperature without heating

Manufacturing Process

Heated, melted, and extruded into sheets/sticks

Fewer additives, often more natural composition

Ingredients

Often requires more additives, softeners, and stabilizers

Process stays clean, avoiding unnecessary additives

Heat Impact

High heat demands extra additives to restore lost structure

Firmer bite

Texture & Chew

Softer, more elastic chew

Shorter, but more natural

Shelf Life

Long due to preservatives and stabilizers
