Refund policy

At ONEJAW, we take product quality seriously. Because our gum is a consumable item, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your product is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@onejaw.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • We cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union customers
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled by law to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
