How is it different from regular gum?

Regular gum is made to be soft and enjoyed for flavor. OneJaw gum is calibrated to the optimal hardness, firm enough to train the jaw muscles while staying safe for extended use, while also delivering a great flavor.

How hard is the gum?

Our gum is firm, but intentionally balanced. It’s harder than standard chewing gum, yet still comfortable for extended use.

We’ve optimized it to the perfect level of hardness, not just to avoid strain, but to enable sustained, consistent pressure over time. That’s the kind of stimulus shown to influence facial structure and support long-term adaptation, not short bursts of intensity, but steady, repeatable engagement.

How many pieces come in one pack?

Each pack of OneJaw contains 10 pieces of hard chewing gum, sealed in a blister strip for freshness, convenience, and hygiene.

Where is the gum manufactured?

OneJaw is proudly manufactured in Denmark, in a facility that follows strict European quality and safety standards. Every batch is produced with care, consistency, and full compliance with food-grade regulations.

Is it sugar-free / vegan / gluten-free?

Yes. OneJaw is 100% sugar-free, vegan, and gluten-free, making it suitable for most diets and lifestyles.

How long should I chew per day?

We recommend starting with 10–20 minutes per day, gradually working up to 30–60 minutes daily as your jaw adapts. You can split this into shorter sessions throughout the day, however, what matters most is consistency over time.


Some experts in facial development recommend significantly more chewing as part of broader lifestyle changes. While we can’t offer medical advice, many users find benefit in tailoring their routine to match their goals.

Can I chew it every day?

Yes – and that’s the goal. OneJaw is designed for sustained, daily use, not occasional reps. Just like posture correction or mobility work, small consistent input creates long-term results.

What is the best way to chew OneJaw’s hard chewing gum for jaw strengthening?

Chew slowly, deliberately, and evenly on both sides of your mouth. Focus on correct posture, sealed lips, and nasal breathing throughout.

Can I overtrain my jaw?

Yes. If you treat this like max-rep training or chew with intensity for hours without rest. That’s not the point. OneJaw is designed for functional, sustainable chewing, not short bursts of force. Start small, listen to your body, and build up gradually.

Can I use it if I’ve had orthodontic work or surgery?

In most cases, yes. However, check with your orthodontist or surgeon first. If you are post-treatment, healed, and cleared for normal chewing, OneJaw can be used to maintain structure and support long-term stability. If you’re still healing, wait.

Is OneJaw safe for your jaw and teeth?

Yes – OneJaw’s Hard Chewing Gum is designed to be firm but safe for regular use. As long as you follow usage guidelines and don’t force your bite, it’s suitable for daily chewing. If you have any pre-existing conditions, check with your dentist or specialist first.

What do I do if I feel pain or discomfort while chewing?

Mild fatigue when starting out is normal – just like with any new muscle training. But if you feel sharp pain, joint clicking, or anything abnormal, stop immediately and consult a dental or TMJ professional. Progress should feel challenging, not damaging.

Can I use OneJaw if I have jaw or dental issues?

If you have a history of TMJ disorders, recent dental work, or orthodontic treatment, speak with a healthcare provider before using. OneJaw may still be suitable, but it’s best to get a professional green light for your specific case.

Is the gum toxic?

No. Our gum is made from safe, food-grade ingredients, manufactured under strict European quality standards. It contains no harmful chemicals or active substances.

Does OneJaw have a best-before date?

Yes. Like all consumable products, each pack of OneJaw gum includes a clearly marked best-before date. For best results and texture, use it within the recommended time frame.

Is it backed by science?

Yes. OneJaw’s Hard Chewing Gum is based on principles of bone remodeling and functional stimulation, as explored in fields like orthotropics and orthodontics. It builds on the same biological mechanisms used in braces, expanders, and postural training devices.

Is OneJaw a medical device?

What blueberry-mint Hard Chewing Gum products are available?

We currently offer one flavor, Blueberry Mint, available in two formats:

  • 12-pack display box (twelve individual packs bundled in a carton)
  • 3-blister pack (three portable packs, ideal for daily use or trial)

Both contain the same high-resistance gum, designed to support jaw training and consistent chewing.

How do I place an order?

Visit our online store and choose between the 12-pack display box or the 3-blister pack.

  2. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment details.
  3. Confirm your order.

You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after checkout.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Modification: You can request changes (like address corrections or quantity edits) within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we begin packing and may not be able to modify it.


Cancellation: To cancel, contact us as soon as possible – if the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.

I made a mistake with my address – what do I do?

After that, if your order has already been shipped, we can’t guarantee changes – but we’ll help you coordinate with the carrier where possible.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

Due to the nature of consumable products, all sales are final.

We do not accept standard returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.

Can I return a used pack?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used packs under any circumstances.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are only issued in the rare case of product defects (e.g., badly deformed, contaminated, or completely stale packs).
To request a refund or replacement:

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
