Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Destinations

  • European Union (EU) + CH  — Standard shipping available to all EU member states.
    Average delivery: 2–5 business days depending on destination.
    All prices include VAT — no import duties or hidden fees.

  • United Kingdom, Norway, Turkey, and other non-EU regions
    Shipping is available but handled as international delivery from our EU facility.
    Rates and transit times may vary.
    Local duties or higher shipping costs may apply until local fulfillment opens. 

  • United States & Canada
    International shipping available with limited service while we prepare our North American launch.
    Local fulfillment opening soon.

  • International Orders (Rest of World)
    We can accommodate international orders on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Costs

  • Display (12 Pack): Ships free within the EU. No extra charges at checkout.

  • 3-Pack (Trial Size): EU Standard shipping rates apply — typically €6–12 depending on your country. 

  • Outside the EU: costs vary and may exceed €40–100, depending on carrier and customs handling.

We recommend EU customers order directly for the fastest and most cost-efficient experience.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping fee.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos at contact@onejaw.com.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.
