The routine
THE GUM BY DAY. THE TAPE BY NIGHT.
Thirty minutes of work, three times a day. Then eight hours of nose breathing you do not have to think about.
By day
Hard chewing gum
- One piece for 30 minutes, three times a day, ideally after meals.
- Chew up and down, evenly on both sides, mouth closed, breathing through the nose.
- Two pieces at once, once one piece no longer feels like work.
Pain, clicking or locking at the jaw joint means stop. On two pieces, go back to one.
By night
Mouth tape
- Clean, dry lips. Centre the strip over closed lips and press for ten seconds.
- Breathe through the nose. The strip keeps the mouth closed while you sleep.
- One strip per night, single use. Peel slowly from a corner in the morning.
Not with a blocked nose, and not for children. First time, wear it twenty minutes awake.

Can I choose only one edition?
The packs are fixed: both editions are in the box, so you can find the one you will chew every day. Each edition is also sold on its own product page.
How long does a pack last?
Count three pieces a day. Sixty pieces last about twenty days, 240 pieces about eighty days. Each pouch of tape is thirty nights. On two pieces at once, the gum lasts half as long.
Is the Wintergreen the same gum as the Blueberry Mint?
No. Both are hard chewing gum for the same routine, and each edition has its own profile and texture. That is the point of trying both before you pick.
Do I need the tape?
The gum works the jaw by day. The tape keeps the mouth closed and the nose breathing at night, so the night does not undo the day. If you already tape, keep your routine.
What does co-created with Mike Mew mean?
The Wintergreen edition was developed with Mike Mew. It is a co-creation, not an endorsement, and ONEJAW makes no medical claims.
Can I subscribe to a pack?
Not yet. Packs are one-time purchases. Subscribe and save is available on the gum’s own page.
Shipping and returns?
Orders ship within one to two business days, from the Netherlands for Europe. EU shipping is €6.99 and free over €60. Opened packs cannot be returned; a defective item is replaced.
